As both a parent with personal experience of autism and also a teacher of many amazing children with a range of different needs, I have had personal experience of the challenges faced and steps needed when beginning the journey of diagnosis and support. Finding specialists, approaching your child's education setting, progressing through the private and NHS systems and facing the challenges and emotions this brings can be a very difficult and overwhelming time. I can offer practical suggestions and experience of the diagnosis process to help navigate the path towards finding the best opportunities for your child to access the help they need. I have the experience to help guide parents through the diagnosis process and help guide parents and children towards appropriate specialists who are best fit to help.
Services provided are: introductory consultation to discuss your child and any concerns, school or therapist report analysis, support with form completion, explanation of the differing services available and what will best help your child to reach their potential, therapist recommendation, advice as to the best home support to help you work alongside your child in their own environment.
Initial consultations are £100.
